Important Reminder Before Operation Deep Freeze Begins

TLDR: Make sure you update all your R6 profiles on our site just before the new season drops, or after you finish playing for the season. If you don't, some data could get lost. Make sure you tell your friends to update all of their profiles too.

Why is there concern for data loss?

Since Operation Brutal Swarm, Ubisoft has been providing stats through a new API (Ubisoft APIs provide us with your profile stats). The new API does not allow us to check previous season stats, only the current season. Once Operation Heavy Mettle (the current season) ends, we won't be able to refresh your Heavy Mettle stats anymore.

What do I need to do?

Simply, all you need to do is search up all of your R6 profiles on our site or mobile app just before the new season drops (Tues 28th Nov), or after you finish playing for the season. Searching up your profile is enough to update it. You'll have to update your profiles at the end of every season in the future.
