Firstly, thank you all for your continued support by visiting our site and using our apps, it means a lot!

We wanted to share some updates to share with you. With the addition of Ranked 2.0, crossplay/progression and various Ubisoft system changes, we've had to make some changes to our products. Read on for all the changes made and an explanation of why.

MMR/ Skill Rating Removed

Ubisoft have hidden MMR data for all game modes with the introduction of Ranked 2.0. We're aware that losing MMR values is a big deal, it certainly wasn't a perfect skill metric, but it still had some meaning. It's unlikely that we can predict your MMR values. We have past seasonal data that could help make a prediction, however, this is not sustainable for the future, nor is it suitable for new players. We may be able to create a new skill metric, this is something we're investigating.

Rank Points (RP)

We decided to format RP in a different manner from what you see in-game. It should be easier to compare total RP between players of different ranks quickly. This also helps us provide an average RP value across all your future seasons. If you're opposed to our formatting of RP, let us know your reasons why.

Cross-Progression

Player clearance level is now synced between all linked platforms. We can't show individual platform clearance levels anymore, that might explain some "new" looking accounts having high levels, they'll have leveled up on another platform.

Rank history obtained on other linked platforms is restricted. Ubisoft announced that your rank history would carry over to "similar" platforms if you linked multiple platforms to your Ubisoft account. For example, if you played the past 3 seasons on Xbox, then linked your Playstation account to your Ubisoft account, then launched R6 on your Playstation, you'd see a basic rank history you obtained on Xbox. We cannot access this data, nor can anyone else, it's only viewable on your own dashboard in-game. If you have your console accounts linked to one Ubisoft account, we'll be able to sync your future ranks across consoles, just make sure to keep both profiles updated on our site.

Played With/ Live Party Detection Removed

Due to Ubisoft system changes, we can no longer detect whom players have played with, or who's in a party together. This feature is unlikely to return, we'll update you if we find an alternate method of obtaining the data.

Ubisoft API Restrictions

For all future seasons, please make sure that you visit all your R6 profiles on our site once you've finished playing for the season. Ubisoft only allows us to obtain your stats from the current season now. If you don't update your profile at the end of each season, your stats might be slightly out of data and we won't be able to refresh them once the next season starts. Make sure to tell your friends to update their profiles too.

Operator Stats

As most of you are aware, Ubisoft broke lifetime and operator stats at the end of Operation Crystal Guard. Through various methods, we managed to restore most lifetime stats ourselves, this is a bit of a headache for us, but we hope you still find them useful. We want to continue providing as many stats as we can, Ubisoft is making this a bit tricky for sure.

We finally have some good news regarding operator stats, we've been granted access to a new data source and we've rolled out a trial. You can now filter you operator stats by each season individually, or by lifetime. You can also switch between individual game modes if you desire. More detailed stats were also added such as KOST, opening kills, deaths, aces and clutches.

There are certain limitations to accessing this data, they're not ideal, but at least we can offer the data again. These limitations are due to the nature of Ubisoft's new API; after refreshing your operator stats, your stats from the last 48 hours may not be included, it will take additional time for those stats to sync. Ubisoft data outages may also cause additional issues which are out of our control unfortunately. You may have to check back a little later if your stats don't show or need updating.

To access operator stats, you'll also have to create an account on our site, it's free, it's just a necessary step to reduce abuse. Further limitations maybe introduced to reduce API calls.

Map Stats

Shortly, we'll also be able to show your statistics on each map. This is something new that we've not been able to show on our site previously. We'll be able to provide individual season statistics and overall stats, we'll also allow you to filter by game mode. Again, this comes with all the same limitations listed above for operator stats.

Note, if you're a PC player, we can provide you with tonne more stats if you use our in-game app. There's no limit to refreshing your stats, and we provide weapon stats also. We wish we could give console players access to the app, it's just not technically possible unfortunately.

Over and Out

That was a lot of info to take in at once, but hopefully that clears up any questions you had. Remember to follow us on Twitter for shorter and more frequent updates and ask any further questions/suggestions you may have.
